Cancellation Policy – FastFreight

At FastFreight, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient food ordering and delivery experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and restaurant partners.

1. Order Cancellation by Customers

  • Before Preparation Begins: You may cancel your order before the restaurant starts preparing it and receive a full refund.
  • After Preparation Begins: If the restaurant has already started preparing your food, cancellation may not be possible, and no refund will be issued.
  • For Scheduled Orders: If you’ve placed a scheduled order, you can cancel it up to 30 minutes before the scheduled preparation time for a full refund.

2. Order Cancellation by FastFreight

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Restaurant Unavailability: If the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details: If the provided address is incorrect or unreachable.
  • Payment Issues: If the payment for the order is unsuccessful or flagged for security concerns.
  • Violation of Terms: If an order violates FastFreight’s terms of service or policies.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed if applicable.

3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

  • Eligible refunds for canceled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

4. How to Cancel an Order

  • Open the FastFreight app and navigate to “My Orders”.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel and check the cancellation eligibility.
  • If eligible, confirm cancellation and your refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically.
  • For urgent cancellations, contact customer support immediately.
