  • You can check if delivery is available by entering your address in the app.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 30-60 minutes from the time of order confirmation, depending on restaurant preparation time and distance.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Customers can schedule deliveries for a later time or date based on restaurant availability.
  • Peak Hours & High Demand: Delivery times may be longer during lunch/dinner hours, weekends, or special occasions.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fees: A delivery fee may be applied based on distance and restaurant policies.
  • Free Delivery Offers: Some restaurants or promotions may offer free delivery.
  • Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for long-distance deliveries or high-demand periods.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Customers can track their orders in real time via the FastFreight app.
  • The app provides live updates on order status, estimated arrival time, and delivery personnel details.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

FastFreight may mark an order as failed or undeliverable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided.
  • Customer is unavailable to receive the order.
  • Delivery personnel is unable to reach the customer despite multiple attempts.
  • Security or safety concerns in the delivery area.

In such cases, refunds will not be provided unless the issue was due to FastFreight’s error.

6. Contactless Delivery

  • FastFreight offers a contactless delivery option where the order will be placed at the doorstep for a safe and hygienic experience.
  • Customers will be notified when their order has been delivered.

7. Order Modifications After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been dispatched, modifications (such as address change) may not be possible.
